The Buddha teaches that mindfulness is the first step one takes on the Path that leads to awakening. Moreover, living each day with mindfulness will also bring many benefits such as improving our well-being and reducing stress.

Conducted by Venerable K. Rathanasara at Dhammakami Buddhist Society Centre, this retreat provides a training on how to integrate mindfulness practice into our daily lives.

Walk with us on the Path for an entire day at our upcoming Mindfulness Retreat and experience at firsthand how meditation and listening to Dhamma talks can make that change in your life.
