Ever noticed what anger does to you? It makes you unhappy and destroys your peace. It clouds your judgement and prevents you from achieving success. It makes you unpopular and you generate negative kamma. Anger is truly your enemy. How then do we as Buddhists deal with this enemy? What skillful means do we have to work towards the ultimate goal of uprooting anger forever?
